How to Get the Programs onto Your Computer
Both programs have been digitally signed to prove that they're from Patrick Roberts Software and that neither has been tampered with since.
Solutions to Installation Problems
If you have Vista and the Rapid Resizer won't start, the problem may be caused by Data Execution Prevention. There's a solution here.
If either program complains that the "setup files are corrupted", you can try re-downloading the program from above. The problem is probably that you didn't receive the whole file. Downloading using a different web-browser or disabling a download accelerator, if any, might help. If it still doesn't work, you can ask me to e-mail it to you or mail you a CD.
If the Rapid Resizer doesn't work,
complaining that it "Failed to create empty document",
you probably need to get an update for one file that's a part of Microsoft Windows.
If when you start the Rapid Resizer, you see the error "This program has been damaged, possibly by a bad sector of the hard drive or a virus. Please reinstall it.", this may be caused by a flaw in AOL Safety and Security Center (or Computer Associate's anti-spam software). To solve the problem, please get the latest update to your security software.
